Cameron Prairie NWR Part 1

Our coastal-oriented driving continued as we explored lower Louisiana.  When we arrived at Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge the visitor center was closed. That did not prevent us from exploring the trees and water around the center and other areas that were open to the public. What did we see?  Birds, birds, birds and more birds.  Woot!  There were a few other things too, though.
