We had heard great things about volunteering with the Oregon State Park system and figured we’d try them out one day. That day came way sooner than expected and here we are filling a last minute cancellation at Beverly Beach State Park for the month of February.
The park is located on a gorgeous stretch of coastline.
Lots of weathered drift wood and logs decorate the area.
You cross under this highway bridge (which we view from our van) to access the beach.
Our first walk to the beach we were greeted by a nice surprise. Someone had planted a tulip.
And then there was the morning sunrise rainbow.
Well, there’s lots to see, do and explore here on the Oregon Coast and so we’re going to go see, do and explore some of it. Stay tuned and keep warm.
